n 1975 Wendy Witt and her husband Peter purchased their first home. A young couple in their twenties, they were living in Calgary, Alberta, far from their Ontario family’s support. Wendy found this to be a very daunting experience, placing total trust in strangers to walk them through all the negotiating and legalities involved in the process. Shortly after this, Wendy decided to get her real estate license and become familiar with the real estate profession so that they could proceed with more confidence in future moves. Although she soon left real estate to raise a family, Wendy knew this was a field that Peter would enjoy and in which he would most likely excel. When Peter was looking for a career change a few years later, she encouraged Peter to try real estate sales, promising to join him in this profession in the future. In 2005 Wendy fulfilled this promise and worked with Peter as a Sales Associate and co-owner of Fenelon Falls Real Estate Ltd until February 28, 2017.  On March 1st, 2017, she began a new role with the company as sales consultant and CEO while maintaining co-ownership with Peter.
